### Ingredients:
- Shrimp: 500 grams
- Onion: 1 (chopped)
- Garlic: 4-5 cloves (chopped)
- Ginger: 1 inch (chopped)
- Turmeric powder: 1 teaspoon
- Red chili powder: 1-2 teaspoons (to taste)
- Tomato: 1 (chopped)
- Salt: to taste
- Mustard oil: 3-4 tablespoons
- Green chilies: 2-3 (as per preference)
- Coriander leaves: for garnishing




### Instructions:
1. First, clean the shrimp thoroughly and marinate them with salt and turmeric powder for 10 minutes.
2. Heat mustard oil in a pan.
3. Once hot, add chopped onion, garlic, and ginger, and sauté until golden brown.
4. Add the chopped tomato and cook until it becomes soft.
5. Mix in red chili powder and salt, stirring well.
6. Add the marinated shrimp and combine everything well.
7. Add green chilies, cover, and cook on medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
8. Once cooked, garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.

Serve with rice or roti.
