Here's the recipe for cooking hilsa eggs :Afsana Akter Sumi
### Ingredients:
- Hilsa eggs: 200 grams
- Onion: 1 (chopped)
- Garlic: 3-4 cloves (chopped)
- Ginger: 1 inch (chopped)
- Turmeric powder: 1 teaspoon
- Red chili powder: 1 teaspoon (to taste)
- Cumin powder: 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt: to taste
- Mustard oil: 3-4 tablespoons
- Green chilies: 2-3 (as per preference)
- Coriander leaves: for garnishing
### Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a pan or kadhai.
2. Once hot, add the chopped onion, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until golden brown.
3. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and cumin powder, and sauté for a few minutes.
4. Gently add the hilsa eggs and mix everything well.
5. Add salt and green chilies as needed.
6. Cover and cook on medium heat for 5-7 minutes, allowing the eggs to cook thoroughly.
7. Once cooked, garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
